We are very excited to announce our inaugural Daybreak Festival - taking place this October 25+26 at Big Creek Ranch, just an hour away from Oklahoma City near Asher, Oklahoma - a beautiful 1200 acre property in Southeastern OK that we can't wait to share with you! 

Get ready for a unique and immersive 2-day music, art & camping experience featuring state-of-the-art staging, sound & lighting, visual art installations, a multitude of food, alcohol & crafts vendors, and a carefully curated lineup full of touring electronic dance music acts as well as local/regional favorites across multiple stages - including late night sets! Limited tickets will be available for this event as we aim to make this first year a special, intimate experience - so be sure and buy your tickets early!

GENERAL CAMPING & RV INFO

 

Your 2-Day General Admission ticket includes camping for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Campers arriving early on Thursday will have priority access to the campgrounds and there will be plenty of great music & fun if you'd like to start partying early! 

A GA Car Camping pass will be needed to access the campgrounds in your vehicle. Only 1 Camping Pass is needed per vehicle, which allows you to camp on a 10x20' plot next to your car. Vehicles without a Car Camping pass will be directed to our day-parking lot where campers can access our tent-only campgrounds or come and go as they please.

RV Camping Slots can also be purchased - this allows you to bring an RV/Bus/Trailer or any other vehicle larger than an SUV into the campgrounds. RV camping slots are 20'x40' and do not include power or water hookups. You will also need to purchase a car camping pass for any companion vehicles entering the grounds with you (Vehicles with a trailer in-tow will NOT need a car camping pass). 

CAMPING RULES & REGULATIONS

For the safety of all attendees, we ask that everyone please obey this short list of rules & regulations.

  • No Pets Allowed (Only legally authorized service animals allowed - No ESAs)

  • No Campfires or open flames allowed

  • Vending only allowed by approved vendors in the designated areas. Unregistered vending or solicitation will not be tolerated.

  • No glass containers anywhere on the property. We will confiscate any glass we come across or see you with- no exceptions!!

  • No Outside Food or Beverages in the Main Venue Area
    -We ask that you keep all outside food & drinks/alcohol at your campsite. 

  • No littering! Place all trash/recycling/etc in the designated bins

  • No laser pointers, drones, weapons, contraband, or any other banned items (See full list of allowed / prohibited items below)

  • No vehicles inside the wooded camping areas

  • Do not set up your tent in the roadways. 

  • Please be respectful of the site boundaries - you're free to explore the property, but for your safety we ask that you do not cross any fence lines, creeks, rivers, or other marked boundaries. By doing so you acknowledge that you're proceeding at your own risk and may be asked to re-enter the festival at the main gate (subject to re-entry rules)

  • Underage drinking & furnishing alcohol to minors will NOT be tolerated.

  • NO BAD ATTITUDES!

RULE #32: ENJOY THE LITTLE THINGS

ALL VEHICLES WILL BE SEARCHED UPON ENTRY INTO THE CAMPGROUNDS. ALL BAGS AND PERSONAL ITEMS WILL BE SEARCHED ON ENTRY INTO THE MAIN VENUE. ANY PROHIBITED ITEM SURRENDERED TO SECURITY AT SEARCH POINTS WILL NOT BE RETURNED. DBMF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE A FINAL DECISION ON ALLOWED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS WITHOUT NOTICE

PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT FESTIVAL GROUNDS

  • Illegal substances

  • Weapons (including all knives)

  • Glass containers

  • Fireworks or Explosives of any kind

  • Open Flames or Charcoal Grills

  • Tiki Torches

  • Unauthorized soliciting materials (promotional stickers, flyers, etc)

  • Animals

  • Drones

  • Trampolines

  • Laser pointers

  • Fire Lanterns/ Chinese Sky Lanterns/ Sky Candles / Sky Balloons

  • Aerosol or compressed can containers (including spray-on sunscreen and spraypaint)

  • Pepper Spray or Mace

  • Tanks of compressed air of any kind

  • -Costume pieces that obstruct patrons' faces i.e. head coverings, masks, or any elements of props that could be used or construed as a weapon. 

  • Large chains or spiked accessories

  • Strollers, Skateboards, Bicycles, or any small motorized vehicle i.e. dirtbikes, ATVs, golf carts, etc. (only vehicles with a car camping pass will be allowed into the campgrounds)

The Main Venue contains the main music stages and is separated from the campgrounds- you will need to go through a security checkpoint upon entry. Here's what you can and can't bring into the main venue:

  • Sunscreen (Non-Aerosol)

  • Blankets

  • Umbrellas (small handheld)

  • Binoculars

  • Ear Plugs

  • Pocket-sized Non-DSLR Cameras

  • Hats

  • Cosmetics/Eye Drops/ Wet Wipes/ etc

  • Cigarettes/Cigars (pick up your butts!)

  • E-Cig Mods / Vape Pens / Juice & Pods

not ALLOWED in main venue:

  • Backpacks that don't meet our required specifications

  • Unsealed Water Bottles (MUST EMPTY UPON ENTRY)

  • Outside Food or Drinks / Alcohol

  • Illegal Substances

  • Glass Containers

  • Wagons, Coolers, Tents or Large Umbrellas

  • Fireworks or Explosives of any kind

  • Chairs of any kind

  • Audio or Video recording equipment

  • Professional still cameras and/or equipment

  • Unauthorized vending or soliciting materials (promotional stickers, flyers, commodities, etc)

medications

Medications are allowed at the festival as long as they comply with the below:

No over-the-counter medicine is permitted unless it is in unopened, factory sealed packaging.

No vitamins or supplements of any kind are permitted anywhere on the festival grounds.

Prescription Medication may only be brought onto the festival grounds with the following:

  • Valid, government issued photo ID

  • Medication must be in original prescription bottle, in-date, legible with name corresponding to valid ID

  • Only one type of medication per bottle (with matching description printed on bottle)

  • Any prescription controlled substance may only be brought in quantities reasonable for your time at the festival.

ACCESSIBILITY

We strive to make Daybreak Festival's amenities accessible for all guests. Our festival site features several pathways that are navigable for those with mobility issues along with some rough terrain you might have to traverse.
